Website Administrator

• Maintain and update event websites, including event pages, landing pages, and calendars. • Upload and manage content such as agendas, speaker profiles, and schedules. • Ensure all site content is accurate, on-brand, and user-friendly. • Manage registration systems and attendee sign-ups, including confirmations and automated communications. • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to website access or registration. • Publish and update website assets for digital campaigns, applying basic SEO and usability practices. • Perform website QA and error checks to ensure optimal performance. • Monitor website performance and assist with reporting. • Keep content organised, backed up, and compliant with company standards. • Liaise with suppliers, sponsors, and internal teams as required.

Job Requirements

  • You’ve created, maintained and updated websites before (this is essential)
  • You’re comfortable using digital tools and platforms
  • You have basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • You understand basic on-page SEO and usability practices
  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • You're confident using Canva for digital assets
  • Completed Matric (high school completion)
  • Experience performing website QA, error checks, and troubleshooting user issues
  • Experience managing event registration systems and automated communications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Resident in South Africa with legal right to work
  • Available to work aligned to UK business hours (09:00–17:30 UK time)
  • Set up to work from home with computer, reliable internet, and suitable workspace

Role Description The Manager, US Meetings Management plays a key role in the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of meetings and events in support of business and brand objectives.
