As a team specialist, your day-to-day will include: • Development and Engineering: Work across the full development lifecycle (design, coding, testing and deployment) of systems, actively contributing to the definition of architecture and code standards; • Ownership and End-to-End Mindset: Take strong ownership of the product, being responsible not only for delivering code but for the success of the solution in production; • Efficiency with Artificial Intelligence: Integrate generative AI tools and code assistants into your daily workflow to accelerate productivity, improve code quality and drive innovation in solving complex problems; • Operational Efficiency and FinOps: Monitor and optimize cloud resource consumption, applying FinOps practices to ensure the architecture is scalable and cost‑sustainable, minimizing waste; • Flow Management and Metrics: Track team efficiency indicators and agile metrics, proactively identifying bottlenecks, optimizing delivery cadence and ensuring a healthy, predictable workflow; • Culture of Accountability: Proactively identify technical debt and improvement opportunities, taking responsibility for the continuous evolution of the ecosystem without constant external direction; • Technical and Product Collaboration: Work together with other specialists and Product Managers to refine business rules, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable and viable; • Quality and Stability: Ensure the robustness of deliveries through automated testing and proactive monitoring (telemetry), aiming for ecosystem stability; • Operational Excellence: Participate in resolving complex incidents and support operations, ensuring technical learnings are applied to product improvements; • AI-driven Optimization and Diagnostics: Use AI tools proactively to analyze data and logs, identify failure patterns and suggest architectural optimizations for faster problem resolution and improved system efficiency.

• Design and implement data processing features from beginning to end • Architect new additions to the data pipeline taking into account company goals around performance and quality • Feature development for new features being added to the Milliman Pluritem clinical data pipeline • Bug fix issues occurring in the clinical data pipeline • Implement data integrations with partner companies • Develop automated testing to ensure high quality feature development without regression

• Development and evolution of the core product using Ruby on Rails or Go to implement innovative features that add value to the solution. • Hands-on contributor. • Writing high-quality code and implementing AI solutions, ensuring quality through best practices, clean code, and integration of models that optimize our processes. • Technical leadership and mentorship of the team, supporting developer growth and promoting a culture of continuous learning. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and evolve architecture, processes, and technical solutions. • Serving as a bridge between developers and Engineering Managers, ensuring technical alignment, efficient prioritization, and excellence in delivery.
