The Data Analyst will manage and analyze large datasets, design and implement data visualization dashboards, and maintain integrations across various systems. Responsibilities - Data Quality Assurance and Control - Conduct daily QA/QC of incoming meter, SCADA, and telemetry feeds to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness. - Identify and resolve discrepancies or anomalies to maintain data integrity and reliability. - Client Communication and Insights Delivery - Provide daily updates to clients regarding event notifications, significant trend identifications, and actionable insights derived from data analysis. - Establish strong communication channels to foster collaboration and trust. - Inventory Monitoring and Management - Perform daily inventory checks across all project locations, ensuring minimum field-deployable sensor inventory thresholds are maintained. - Collaborate with relevant teams to address inventory shortages proactively. - Maintenance Coordination - Maintain daily correspondence with maintenance staff to coordinate product allocations and schedule maintenance activities. - Ensure timely interventions to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency. - Client Relationship Management - Conduct weekly client meetings to review reports, discuss project progress, and identify opportunities to expand or enhance service offerings. - Build and sustain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and problem-solving.
