Field Sales Development Representative
Vendelux
• Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events, and other in-person functions to identify and engage potential leads • Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities that align with our solutions • Capture, track, and manage leads using Hubspot • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and senior sales staff. • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on event strategy, messaging, and follow-up • Provide feedback from events to improve targeting, messaging, and event ROI • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategy
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven success in in-person sales, including experience building client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and effectively communicating the value of products or services in a face-to-face environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking with senior stakeholders in person
- Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to start conversations and build rapport quickly
- Highly organized and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel regularly for events and conferences (up to 70% of the time)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track performance
