• You will be essential in creating the strategic vision for orchestrating AI agents for communication with users. • You will create intuitive, functional flows, conduct research, validate solutions, and surface insights. • Develop and improve products focused on user experiences that leverage Artificial Intelligence for interactions. • Participate in Discovery and value proposition definition, representing the user's voice by mapping and defining user journeys and building navigation flowcharts. • Prototype service experiences using Generative AI, connecting real user needs when seeking support on digital channels with Generative AI initiatives. • Contribute to the product's conversational design, creating a consistent experience. • Create and optimize interaction flows that guide users intuitively, mapping journeys and interaction flows across different use contexts and user profiles. • Design fallback experiences and intent-confirmation rephrasing to enable a smoother transition between deterministic decision-tree flows and conversations driven by a generative model. • Optimize content for intelligent systems, ensuring information is relevant and natural. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design and copy solutions into the product. • Conduct research to validate and improve user interactions. • Ensure business rules and guidelines are incorporated into the solution.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in product design, with research skills and the ability to advocate and validate decisions with senior leadership.
- Strategic vision for channels as well as digital products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Miro, and other testing and validation tools.
- Experience leading strategic discovery processes, including user interviews, journey mapping, and identifying design opportunities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Prior experience in UI/UX is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and lead design projects end-to-end.
