• Definir e evoluir a visão, estratégia e roadmap do produto de IA para suporte ao usuário em escala global; • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na jornada de atendimento e suporte, utilizando IA generativa, NLP, automação e analytics; • Traduzir necessidades de clientes, usuários e áreas internas em requisitos claros de produto; • Priorizar backlog com base em impacto de negócio, experiência do usuário e viabilidade técnica; • Trabalhar em parceria com times de Engenharia, Data Science e Design para discovery, delivery e evolução contínua do produto; • Definir métricas de sucesso, acompanhar KPIs e gerar insights baseados em dados; • Liderar experimentos, testes A/B e validação de hipóteses para melhoria contínua; • Garantir governança, qualidade, ética e uso responsável das soluções de IA implementadas; • Atuar com stakeholders globais, alinhando prioridades entre diferentes regiões e unidades de negócio.

Job Requirements

  • Experiência sólida como Product Manager, Product Owner ou posições similares em produtos digitais;
  • Experiência com produtos baseados em Inteligência Artificial, Machine Learning, NLP ou automação conversacional;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e orientação a dados para tomada de decisão;
  • Experiência em discovery, definição de roadmap e gestão de backlog;
  • Vivência trabalhando com times multidisciplinares em ambientes ágeis;
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente para atuação global.
  • Experiência com produtos de IA generativa (LLMs, copilots, virtual assistants, chatbots);
  • Conhecimento em métricas de atendimento, customer support ou customer experience;
  • Experiência com produtos SaaS ou plataformas globais B2B/B2C;
  • Familiaridade com frameworks de product discovery e experimentation.
