• Own and execute end-to-end people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employment documentation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HRIS systems and ensure data integrity at all times • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR processes • Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries in LATAM • Identify inefficiencies in current HR processes and propose scalable solutions to improve the employee experience • Partner with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliance with local labor regulations • Coordinate and track key People team workflows and milestones, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks • Generate HR reports and people metrics to support decision-making across the organization
Job Requirements
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles
- Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations in at least one LATAM country; multi-country experience is a plus
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you work with everyone, and it shows
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Role Description The Sr. Labor Relations Business Partner leads and advances the execution of the Company’s U.S. labor relations strategy in a rapidly evolving organizing environment.
