Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a software developer (non-negotiable)
  • Experience managing squads and leading high-performance teams
  • Experience building scalable products
  • Hands-on with agile methodologies, continuous flow practices, and metrics (lead time, throughput, CFD)
  • Experience designing technical solutions, participating in architectural discussions, and ensuring quality (design reviews, testing, CI/CD)
  • Structured experience with 1:1s, continuous feedback, performance evaluations, and developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for the team
  • Strong sense of ownership, with data-driven decision-making and a focus on business impact
  • Ability to collaborate across company areas, influence stakeholders, and lead strategic discussions
  • Maturity in developing emerging leaders and preparing successors
  • Teamwork, proactivity, and strong communication skills
