What you will do: Your duties include, but are not limited to: - Identify the best-known address to locate the client’s collateral or customer. - Determine if the customer holds special status such as Bankruptcy, Active-Duty Military, and others. - Generate successful leads and contacts for Recovery Agents by utilizing all available sources. - Communicate frequently with Recovery Agents via phone, email, and recovery systems. - Confirm FHF’s Lien holder status of pursued collateral. - Review and analyze credit applications and in-house documents to help determine location. - Assign or Reassign repossession orders after validating correct address/place of employment or other helpful leads. - Use independent judgment and discretion to ensure compliance with all state and federal codes, regulations, and laws that pertain to the position. - Report on independently identified trends in recovery data to contribute to FHF’s proprietary underwriting model. - Places outbound follow up calls to vendors to verify requirements to recover. - Stay up to date on current state legislation involving impound requirements and notification guidelines. - Comply FHF compliance requests and requirements. - Ensure all information/leads provided are being acknowledged and followed up on - Ensure confidentiality of the company’s operations, portfolio, customer information, and computer technology - Some Administrative tasks will be required. - Additional duties as assigned by management.
