Marketing & E-commerce Operations Assistant
The Hello Team
• Support daily e-commerce operations and reporting • Organize projects, assets, and communication workflows • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, printers, and agencies • Assist with tracking, and operational tasks • Support product sourcing and development projects • Help coordinate marketing and operations activities • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and project documentation • Manage multiple projects and follow up on deadlines • Pull and maintain reports from Shopify, Amazon, Meta, and sales tracking sheets • Organize and manage operational and performance data • Update dashboards and maintain KPI tracking reports • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient level of Spanish (written and spoken) is a plus
- Excellent professional and communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce, operations, administrative support or related roles
- Experience with reporting tools including Excel, Google Sheets, Shopify, and Amazon reports
- Ability to organize and interpret sales, marketing, and operational metrics
- Proficient in maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating with vendors or external partners
- Amazon or e-commerce support experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze operational and performance data
- Strong project coordination, follow-up, and execution management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong accountability and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Comfortable working within structured processes and established workflows
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
