• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan, winning strategy for target accounts, execute and adjust plan and priorities to maximize results of growing existing customers and its business. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, align shared goals and strategy and obtain support from them • Forecast the business, including revenue, opportunities with expected annual run-rate business size and timing of ramping, incremental annual commitment values, strategic activations of key cross-sell product, sales funnel management, systematic follow up and discipline by utilizing SFDC and its supplement tools as source of truth for business and its pipelines. • Be an active spokesperson for Twilio Mission, Vision and Value, Corporate Story to our customers, potential customers, and any external partners who collaborate.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of combined experience in high-touch sales experience for Japanese customers with native level Japanese language communication
- Comfortable working with business and highly technical leaders while influencing their understanding and building supportive partnerships.
- Demonstrated track record of growth of business, growth strategy development and execution.
- Challenger mindset with appetite to acquire new business and customers
- Record of delivering market driven results, especially to scale and enterprise customers
- Capable to understand English as business level and communicate in writings.
- Deep experience working with telecom companies, carriers, or global communications platforms (desired)
- Software, SaaS, CPaaS or CCaaS experience with AI capabilities (desired)
- Fluent verbal communication in English (desired)
- Cloud Technology Sales - IaaS/PaaS, virtualization, security (desired)
- Experience working with/at System Integrators, Resell and Value-Added resellers to drive large and broad customer coverage with external partner organizations (desired).

Account Executive – Cards

• Manage a regular meeting cadence with each client in your territory, both onsite and remotely. • Educate clients on Fiserv happenings and our impact on their organization. • Create an easy environment for clients to interact with and communicate with you and Fiserv. • Advocate and lead cooperation/collaboration with other Fiserv business units to realize revenue growth, client value, and satisfaction. • Facilitate client operational escalations to resolution and monitor escalated support tickets, client enhancement requests, and major Professional Services projects. • Coordinate team education on Digital Channels and Electronic Payments products as needed. • Develop and manage Client Action Plans for key clients, cultivate and maintain Client References, and serve as the point of contact for engaging on client satisfaction issues. • Support client visits and conferences and ensure billing accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and their broker partners. • Conduct regular in-person client and broker visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for added value. • Lead internal strategy meetings for high-risk or "jeopardy" accounts to proactively address issues and preserve client satisfaction. • Facilitate weekly touchpoints with assigned Account Manager (AM) and Client Service Specialist (CSS) to review client health and prioritize issue resolution. • Participate in weekly Client Services leadership meetings to resolve escalated items and align on client strategy. • Serve as the point of escalation for complex issues that cannot be resolved at the AM level. • Monitor performance guarantees and ensure timely delivery of required reporting to clients. • Partner with the Analytics team to develop storylines and insights for Annual Plan Performance Reviews. • Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and broker partners. • Contribute to content development and data analysis for Quarterly Review Updates. • Drive the optimization and standardization of workflows, service processes, and department documentation. • Support organic growth through upselling ancillary lines and targeted solutions. • Leverage broker relationships to facilitate new growth opportunities. • Deliver renewal proposals as part of a consultative, data-driven discussion with clients and brokers to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate plan design changes and develop strategic recommendations. • Track renewal opportunities and activity within Salesforce. • Partner with internal teams to determine rate actions and above/below-the-line increases.
