Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Operations Management, or Data Sciences
- MBA, MHA, preferred - Preference given to candidates with MBA- MHA
- 7–10 years of operational analytics experience
- Healthcare IT or SaaS operations experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting executive leadership and enterprise operations
- Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, NetSuite
- Data visualization and forecasting KPI dashboard development
- Understanding of CRM, ERP, ticketing, and time keeping systems
- Knowledge of healthcare operations and HIPAA requirements
