Job Description

Education Manager

NARST

• Support the planning, creation, and implementation of educational content across digital and in-person platforms (e.g., website, webinars, toolkits, and professional learning programs) • Coordinate the day-to-day execution of content and program deliverables, ensuring timelines and milestones are met • Maintain and manage a content calendar to support consistent and timely delivery • Provide program support for workshops, training sessions, and events, including preparation of materials and coordination of logistics • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality control across multiple concurrent projects • Track project details, versions, approvals, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution and follow-through • Maintain organized documentation, resources, and files to support program continuity and team access • Provide administrative and program support by managing workflows, updating materials, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across all content and program components

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related field or other certification for Education
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in K–12 education (teaching, instructional coaching, administration, or similar)
  • Experience supporting content development, program coordination, or educational resource production
  • Strong understanding of K–12 curriculum standards, instructional practices, and school environments; science or STEM expertise preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to follow through on projects and maintain consistency across multiple workstreams
