• Direct contact with customers and designated assigned account executives • Maintain consistency on invoicing orders and meeting KPI’s set forth within the billing team; • Escalate orders as necessary to leadership to ensure timely invoicing is captured • Attend team meetings and provide input on; trends, next step resolutions and exceptions • Assist Research Team Lead in fielding front-line questions from department employees and other HALO staff • Assist with new hires, by working with trainers, organizing desk, ordering supplies, and assisting with training • Help Team Lead monitor team workload: Provide coverage as needed for workload coverage • Coordinate department overview for employees outside of Research • Understanding of sales orders: Cost, Sell Commission Margins and adjustments • Work with employees and management to develop process or system improvements • Provide employee performance feedback to team lead/supervisor/manager • Provide continued guidance, training and support for the team • Manage workload independently on orders; Higher Complex AE Management/support • Specific workflows may vary depending on what team this role is assigned to.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- 3+ years of experience in billing operations and processes
- Excellent Typing Skills (40 WPM) and Ten Key data entry skills (8,000 KPM)
- Effectively in oral and written communication
- Time management & prioritization skills
