Role Description Buscamos un/a Intérprete de Lengua de Signos Española (LSE) para realizar interpretación simultánea por videollamada entre clientes usuarios de lengua de signos y técnicos de tienda de una reconocida empresa internacional del sector tecnológico. Tu labor será clave para garantizar una comunicación fluida, accesible y profesional entre ambas partes. La interpretación se realizará en videollamadas a tres bandas, donde actuarás como puente comunicativo entre el agente (hablante de español) y el cliente (usuario de LSE). Recibirás formación específica en terminología que necesites para asegurar una interpretación precisa y de calidad. Responsibilities - Realizar interpretación simultánea entre español oral y Lengua de Signos Española (LSE) en videollamadas - Facilitar la comunicación entre técnicos de tienda y clientes usuarios de LSE - Mantener un alto nivel de precisión, neutralidad y profesionalidad durante las sesiones - Adaptarse a la terminología técnica del entorno (formación incluida) - Garantizar la confidencialidad y el trato respetuoso en todas las interacciones Qualifications - Titulación oficial como Intérprete de Lengua de Signos Española - Experiencia previa demostrable como intérprete de LSE (no se valoran perfiles sin experiencia o estudiantes sin práctica probada) - Hablante nativo/a de español - Nivel de inglés B1/B2 para utilizar sistemas internos y seguir documentación de formación (no se requiere interacción con clientes en inglés) - Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y profesional en un entorno 100% remoto - Excelente comunicación, precisión lingüística y habilidades interpersonales Benefits - Posibilidad de 100% teletrabajo (WAHA) con equipo compatible proporcionado o validado - Salario inicial: 8661.80€ brutos/año por jornada completa los Sábados y Domingos (9.00 - 18.00) con posibilidad de incrementos a los 6 y 18 meses - Jornada flexible, posibilidad de media jornada o jornada completa - Formación inicial en la terminología necesaria para el desarrollo de la actividad - Proyecto estable con una marca líder mundial - Entorno inclusivo, diverso y comprometido con la accesibilidad - Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional dentro del proyecto Company Description Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: TP is home to a global family with various backgrounds and lifestyles.
