Qualifications - You’ve supported 40+ sales reps within the gift and souvenir or home market, helping a major region excel over a 3+ year time frame. - Responsive: You know how to read your team and prospects without them explicitly telling you. You know how to persuade key decision-makers. - You have a pulse on the market, understanding market trends and business needs, and can flexibly pivot as necessary. - Organized: You are the organizational guru, the person everyone goes to for project management solutions because you manage many clients and team members successfully. - Programs: You work with PowerBI, Excel, and an ERP, tracking information, creating useful reports, and datasets to solve problems. - Leadership: People like and respect you and your perspective. You enjoy mentoring and leading others. - English communication: You can fluently communicate verbally and via email in English. Requirements - The position may be remote as long as the individual resides within a reasonable proximity to a major airport. - The position requires travel up to 40% of work time.
