Role Description - Perform data correction and validation activities within SAP and Excel. - Compare and review data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies and determine the correct information. - Support the transition to the new pricing system, Vistex, by comparing legacy and new pricing data for accuracy and consistency. - Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when handling pricing and customer data. - Work closely with Sales and Back Office teams to verify and confirm correct information. - Coordinate with stakeholders where required to ensure smooth completion of tasks. - Identify and escalate any data inconsistencies or issues in a timely manner. Qualifications - Previous experience using SAP (basic to intermediate level acceptable). - Strong Excel skills, including data comparison, sorting, filtering, and analysis. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams. - Good communication skills and confidence liaising with different departments. Requirements - The role will involve both independent working and collaboration with hiring manager and wider business teams. - Candidates should be comfortable managing tasks autonomously while coordinating with Sales and Back Office functions to ensure information accuracy.
