• Perform data correction and validation activities within SAP and Excel. • Compare and review data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies and determine the correct information. • Support the transition to the new pricing system, Vistex, by comparing legacy and new pricing data for accuracy and consistency. • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when handling pricing and customer data. • Work closely with Sales and Back Office teams to verify and confirm correct information. • Coordinate with stakeholders where required to ensure smooth completion of tasks. • Identify and escalate any data inconsistencies or issues in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience using SAP (basic to intermediate level acceptable).
- Strong Excel skills, including data comparison, sorting, filtering, and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
- Good communication skills and confidence liaising with different departments.
