• Independently manage and execute the full recruiting process – from candidate outreach to successful contract signing • Support and implement targeted recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified specialists and leaders in an international environment • Take ownership of social media advertising for recruiting with the goal of optimal lead generation – leverage AI and intelligent knowledge bases to elevate targeted advertising • Build, maintain, and strategically develop an international talent pool and sustainable relationships with potential candidates • Conduct thorough interviews and professionally assess candidates for technical and cultural fit • Work closely with leadership and business units to ensure precise and successful hires • Ensure a positive candidate experience and actively contribute to employer branding • Provide subject-matter support in the development of modern recruiting methods, processes, and best practices
Job Requirements
- Several years of demonstrable experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an international and fast-paced environment
- Expertise in strategic social recruiting across various platforms and digital channels
- Experience implementing sustainable recruiting strategies and building international talent networks
- Confident presence, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate professionally at different hierarchy levels
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a strong advantage
- High degree of personal responsibility and a structured, strategic, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong organizational skills and experience working in virtual and global teams
- Team-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality and strong advisory competence
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools, ATS systems, and data-driven recruiting is an advantage

Role Description As our Market Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead a talent acquisition team that implements recruitment initiatives to deliver robust candidate pipelines, enabling the market and organizations to reach their business objectives. Job Description: Seeking a "Technical" Recruiter who is willing to take on an administrative heavy position, preferably with baseline recruiter experience. Candidates must be remotely available in the Baltimore/Annapolis, MD or Washington, D.C. /Virginia areas, with reliable internet service.
