Sales Administrator
Remote Recruitment
• Manage and update the CRM system with accurate sales data, leads, and pipeline activity • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts for the sales team • Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure fulfilment • Track and report on sales KPIs, targets, and pipeline performance • Handle inbound sales enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member • Assist with scheduling client meetings, demos, and follow-up calls • Support the sales team with general administrative tasks and document management
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a sales support role
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Good communication skills — professional in writing and over the phone
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities remotely
- Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management is advantageous
- Matric certificate required; relevant diploma preferred
