The Opportunity We're seeking Registered Dietitians to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women with complex conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, and menopause, thyroid disease, metabolic syndrome, hormonal imbalances, and more. Location: Fully remote within the U.S. Your Impact - Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and more. - Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video, including offering general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care. - Employ Allara's provided nutrition training and educational materials to ensure consistent care while adapting to patient needs. - Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout the continuity of care. - Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in the medical management of your patients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner. Required Qualifications - Required Certification: Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). - Required Experience: 1-year experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions (strongly desired). - Independence: Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider. - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion. - Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care. - Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research. - Technical Proficiency: Skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms. - Telemedicine: Experience is a plus! - Location: Must reside in the United States. - State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required. • Manage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave/time off, and wellness programs for Brazil, Canada, and the United States • Ensure accurate enrollment, eligibility, and life event processing • Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve issues and improve service delivery • Support annual open enrollment planning, execution, and communications • Maintain documentation of processes, controls, and plan details • Utilize AI and other tools to build efficiencies into the administration of benefits • Serve as the functional expert for benefits within the HCM system (Workday) • Maintain benefits modules, including plan setup, eligibility rules, and rates • Audit and validate benefits data to ensure accuracy across systems and vendors • Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations related to benefits • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and finance in partnership with our HCM team • Act as a subject matter expert for employee benefits inquiries • Develop clear communications and educational materials • Partner with the People & Culture team and cross functional partners to enhance the employee experience • Support employees with all leave and time off requests for the Americas

• Support teachers and grade-level or course teams in strengthening instructional practices aligned to core content standards • Work with teachers to improve instructional effectiveness through the use of research-based strategies and sound instructional design • Demonstrate, model, and support the use of effective teaching strategies as appropriate • Utilize a coaching cycle to support teacher reflection, growth, and instructional improvement • Analyze student performance data, instructional data, and other relevant information to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement • Support principals and instructional teams in using data to inform instructional planning and decision-making • Provide guidance to teachers and school leaders regarding instructional implications of student performance data • Support the implementation of site-based professional learning aligned to school improvement priorities • Assist principals in reinforcing instructional expectations and professional learning focus areas • Participate in professional learning activities to maintain current knowledge of effective instructional practices • Collaborate with principals to support consistent implementation of improvement strategies across classrooms • Support instructional teams in problem-solving implementation challenges and identifying practical next steps • Share effective instructional practices and strategies across teams as appropriate • Participate in meetings and planning sessions as requested by school leadership • Perform other duties related to school improvement support as assigned by the principal

• Drives doctor advocacy efforts, serving as VSP’s principal insurance and legislative advocates among eye care professionals and doctor influencers • Supports the development and drives implementation of short- and long-term strategic outreach plans, collaborating with business partners across the enterprise • Develops and maintains strong external relationships with policy-setting doctors and influencers within the optical industry • Implement strategies designed to influence the competitive markets in which doctors operate • Serves as a point of contact to research, analyze, and resolve complex issues and escalations involving practice-level and policy matters • Maintains knowledge about the national and regional health care marketplace, about the vision insurance environment, and about VSP’s insurance products and services • Represents the doctor perspective on issues related to VSP and the broader industry within the enterprise • Enhances the strategic strength of enterprise partnerships, using progressive tactics to increase value and provide solutions for doctors • Ability to travel 70% of the time
