Alteryx

• Manage day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave/time off, and wellness programs for Brazil, Canada, and the United States • Ensure accurate enrollment, eligibility, and life event processing • Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve issues and improve service delivery • Support annual open enrollment planning, execution, and communications • Maintain documentation of processes, controls, and plan details • Utilize AI and other tools to build efficiencies into the administration of benefits • Serve as the functional expert for benefits within the HCM system (Workday) • Maintain benefits modules, including plan setup, eligibility rules, and rates • Audit and validate benefits data to ensure accuracy across systems and vendors • Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations related to benefits • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR leadership and finance in partnership with our HCM team • Act as a subject matter expert for employee benefits inquiries • Develop clear communications and educational materials • Partner with the People & Culture team and cross functional partners to enhance the employee experience • Support employees with all leave and time off requests for the Americas

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering benefits programs and leave of absences in a multinational organization
  • Experience working with HRIS and leave management systems, Workday strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of statutory and supplementary benefits; experience with Brazil and Canada benefits preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of statutory and/or US state leave regulations
  • Willingness to support benefits globally, if needed
