• Serve as a critical lead within the PreConstruction Team • Oversee technical and legal vetting of real estate assets • Identify site constraints, regulatory hurdles, and infrastructure requirements • Execute rigorous physical due diligence and feasibility reporting • Navigate municipal zoning ordinances and land-use restrictions • Collaborate with Real Estate and Transaction Management • Manage a network of third-party consultants and audit deliverables
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience with nationwide utility new service applications from submission through completion
- Energy modeling experience is a plus
- Experience with utility GIS databases
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools (e.g., Procore)
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Smartsheet is a plus
- Knowledge of EV systems, charging infrastructure, or fleet operations

Role Description The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of aviation construction projects across OTG’s airport portfolio. This role serves as the primary point of accountability for project scope, schedule, budget, and quality from preconstruction through project closeout. Working closely with airport authorities, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders, the Senior Project Manager ensures projects are executed efficiently while maintaining compliance with all aviation, safety, and regulatory requirements. In This Role, You Will: - Lead cross-functional project teams including architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal OTG stakeholders. - Serve as OTG’s representative in coordination with airport authorities, regulatory agencies, and project partners. - Provide strategic oversight of project scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead project start-up and preconstruction activities including budgeting, schedule development, and constructability review. - Coordinate design development and ensure alignment with operational and brand requirements. - Support value engineering and cost optimization efforts during design and procurement phases. - Oversee construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Manage contractor and subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and performance. - Track project financials including budgets, change orders, and cost controls. - Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize schedule or cost impacts. - Coordinate with airport authorities, TSA, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with aviation construction requirements. - Facilitate communication between OTG leadership, design teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders. - Attend construction progress meetings and provide clear project updates to leadership. - Oversee project closeout including punch list completion, turnover documentation, and operational handoff. - Coordinate with OTG Facilities, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure successful project transition.
