Sales Representative
Bunzl Distribution
• Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new customer partnerships. • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and margin targets. • Deliver exceptional customer service for improved retention and long-term loyalty. • Develop and manage pricing strategies for all assigned accounts. • Collaborate with manufacturers’ representatives to promote and sell featured items. • Participate in sales meetings and maintain communication with the sales manager. • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. • Utilize Dimensions of Professional Selling methodologies to manage the full sales cycle.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in professional Selling, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience in Packaging and/or MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) - required
- Experience in food/meat processing, industrial processing, plant operating supplies, PPE, or safety products.
- Background in distribution industries such as paper, packaging, janitorial/sanitation, MRO, food service, or dairy processing.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- Outstanding customer service skills and effective collaboration with teams and partners.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); MS Dynamics 365 experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
