Role Description Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an Insurance Underwriting Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting commercial insurance operations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure the accuracy and completeness of underwriting files, contributing to the overall success of our client engagements. - Ordering loss runs and following up to obtain them - Attaching documentation to underwriting files - Tracking policies that have been bound - Following up on binders, invoices, and policies - Ensuring all documents are properly attached to the file Qualifications - 2+ years of commercial insurance experience - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, email tools (such as Outlook), and PDF tools for viewing, editing, and combining documents - Experience using commercial insurance carrier portals - Experience directly communicating with US clients, carriers, or underwriters - English proficiency at CEFR C1 level (written and spoken) - Available to work during US Eastern Time (ET) business hours Requirements - Experience using Applied Epic - Exposure to a broad range of commercial insurance lines Benefits - Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects - Supportive and collaborative work environment - Weekly payments - Weekends off - Growth Opportunities

Role Description Aon is looking for an Underwriting Assistant (Underwriting Specialist l) to join K&K Insurance, a leading provider of specialty coverage in the areas of sports, leisure, recreation, motorsports, and events. As an Underwriting Specialist, you will report directly to the Underwriting Manager of Recreation, working in the challenging and rewarding segment of insurance. - Work within a team environment supporting Underwriters on specialized insurance programs. - Process new and renewal information on accounts assigned to your Underwriters. - Communicate with Insureds during customer service duties and activities. - Process binders, certificates, invoices, and endorsement changes. - File setup and preparation of policy issuance instructions. - Learn the team program(s) to qualify new business submissions for acceptance or declination.
