Role Description This is a remote role with an occasional requirement to attend our Bratislava site. As Technology Integrations Lead at Essentra, responsible for critical integrations connecting internal & external business applications and digital services, you will be a passionate leader who thrives on delivering challenging projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Architect, implement, and manage enterprise-grade integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services. - Oversee a team of developers and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions across the organization. - Define and continuously improve integration standards and patterns. - Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture colleagues and technical system experts. - Deliver and maintain robust and flexible integrations which enable Essentra’s business. - Hands-on development as well as management of permanent team members and scaling based on demand with partners/contractors. - Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive integrations architecture patterns across Essentra. Qualifications - Deep experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services. - Azure Data Factory. - Azure DevOps. - Strong integration design and implementation experience. - Coding experience with one or more of .Net, C#, Java. - Proven track record of guiding and mentoring engineers of differing levels of maturity. - Adept at managing the delivery of technology service providers, contractors & partners. - High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work without supervision. - Experience using Cloud platforms, preferably Azure. - CI/CD, Pipelines and DevOps – Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions etc. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high level of English language proficiency. - Flexibility to work outside of core business hours as required. - High integrity, reliable with strong time management and self-organisational skills. Requirements - Service Bus, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions. - API management – including API gateway products. - Deep experience of a wide range of integration architecture patterns & methods. - Governance & documentation of production integrations. - Confidently lead engagement and coordination of cross functional stakeholders. - Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good understanding and experience of system testing and quality assurance. - Proven interpersonal/project skills, ability to listen and coach. • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems. • Manage incoming help requests from end users through a variety of avenues such as: telephone, email, Microsoft Teams as well as Cases via Online CRM. • Be a lead in the diagnostic of utilities to aid in troubleshooting. • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution. • Identify appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization. • Perform and lead hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications. • Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved. • Lead post-resolution follow-ups to help requests. • Develop help sheets and knowledge base articles for end users. • Perform ongoing activities such as backups, OS and application patching, executing various maintenance scripts, and monitoring the site IT infrastructure. • Willing to provide on-call support coverage for customers.
