• Own Flosum's social media strategy end-to-end across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms. • Drive brand awareness by crafting compelling narratives that position Flosum as a category leader. • Engage at least 500 net-new people into the Flosum ecosystem each month through creative, authentic outreach and content. • Build and execute targeted engagement plans for our top 10,000 priority accounts, ensuring meaningful touchpoints with both practitioners and executives. • Lead thought leadership programs in partnership with our executives, ghostwriting and amplifying high-impact content that resonates with the Salesforce DevOps community. • Design and launch creative contests, campaigns, and community activations that spark conversation and grow our audience. • Generate significant qualified pipeline from social channels, partnering closely with sales and demand gen to convert engagement into opportunities. • Engage daily with users, customers, partners, and executives — making Flosum's social presence feel human, responsive, and indispensable. • Measure, report, and optimize against KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, account penetration, and sourced/influenced pipeline.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years managing social media for a B2B SaaS or technology brand, ideally in DevOps, Salesforce ecosystem, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of building audiences from the ground up and driving measurable business impact — not just vanity metrics.
  • Strong creative instincts: you can spot a trend, write a sharp post, and build a contest concept that actually gets people talking.
  • Experience engaging executive audiences and translating technical topics into thought leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to source pipeline from social channels and collaborate effectively with sales and demand gen teams.
  • Data-fluent — comfortable using analytics tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics, GA4) to inform strategy.

Role Description This position is working with our Teaching Services department from your home office anywhere within the United States. Our state-certified virtual teachers manage online instructional programs for students around the country and across the globe. Teachers communicate regularly with students to ensure that each student successfully completes their instructional program. This is a work from home position. Primary Responsibilities - Support the instructional program with synchronous and asynchronous web conferencing sessions using Class Zoom. - Complete all grading by providing prompt, high-quality, personalized feedback on assignments. - Communicate with students and other teachers on a regular basis to update pacing plans/schedules for students as required. - Use data to monitor successful completion of assignments and facilitate appropriate interactions with students that encourage consistent interaction with the course(s). - Review curriculum and determine course modifications that will promote student achievement for those requiring accommodations through IEPs or 504 plans. - Consult with team members and administrators to develop alternate enrichment activities and lesson modifications to increase student understanding and promote success for struggling or at-risk students through differentiation. - Develop a general knowledge of the curriculum and a detailed knowledge of the courses for which you are responsible. - Communicate regularly with students, using phone, Chat and our WebMail system. - Adhere to all policies regarding protecting students' well-being and personal information, including following FERPA and Copyright & Fair Use laws. - Keep student performance and participation information up-to-date by grading assessments in a timely manner, and logging all student and parent contacts. - Hold regular office hours (minimum of 3 hours per week). - Utilize a variety of communication tools in the online environment to effectively build relationships and promote student success with students, partner teachers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. - Foster community and use a welcoming, warm online voice that is inviting and supportive towards students and families. - Other duties as assigned. Role Description The Paid Media Lead is the internal owner of paid media performance across EIM’s portfolio of university partners and programs. This role does not execute campaigns directly, but instead serves as the strategic liaison between EIM and its paid media agency partner, ensuring campaigns are aligned to enrollment goals, program strategy, and performance expectations. This individual is responsible for translating business goals, audience insights, messaging priorities, and enrollment objectives into clear strategic direction for the agency while holding external partners accountable for optimization, reporting, and performance outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of channel strategy, product marketing, enrollment forecasting, and operational execution. The Paid Media Lead must be highly analytical, proactive, and outcome-oriented, with the ability to connect marketing performance to enrollment impact and communicate recommendations clearly across stakeholders.
