Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

Cambly Inc.

• Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Tiktok and other Global platforms for multiple international markets • Monitor daily performance and optimize for CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency • Test creatives, audiences, and placements in collaboration with the creative team • Build and maintain campaign reports and creative performance analysis • Contribute to budget planning and growth forecasting across markets • Work cross-functionally with Creative, and Global Marketing teams • Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and properly localized for each market • Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and competitive activity across markets, including partnering with platform account reps • Partner with local market experts where needed to ensure relevance and accuracy

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid media
  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns at scale with measurable results
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple markets or regions
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, async environment
  • Professional English proficiency.
