Job Description
AI-Human Content Integrator
Phoenix Support Services Inc.
• Edit and proofread a variety of content types (blogs, website pages, landing pages, social posts, email campaigns, and ad copy) to ensure clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and a consistent brand voice. • Humanize and refine AI‑generated drafts, improving tone, flow, and natural language while preserving the original intent and messaging. • Apply the appropriate level of editing (light vs. heavy) based on the brief; preserve the writer’s or strategist’s intent while improving readability, structure, and engagement. • Implement on‑page SEO best practices (e.g., headings, keyword placement and balance, internal links, anchor text, and metadata inputs when applicable) and injecting local E.E.A.T. while keeping copy natural and reader‑first. • Structure content to support answer‑engine optimization (AEO), including clear definitions, concise answers, FAQ blocks, and formats that support featured snippets, AI overviews, and voice search. • Run a consistent editorial QA workflow, including version control, tracked changes/comments, and clear hand-off notes for writers, strategists, and stakeholders. • Fact‑check key claims and verify sources where needed; flag unclear or unsupported statements and request revisions or additional proof. • Perform originality and plagiarism checks using approved tools; escalate risks and ensure content meets originality and brand standards before submission. • Identify and mitigate AI‑specific risks (e.g., hallucinations, repetition, off‑brand phrasing) and ensure all final outputs meet quality and accuracy expectations. • Maintain and improve content standards by developing and updating style guides, AI prompt and template guidelines, and checklists; ensure team‑wide adherence to these guidelines. • Coordinate with writers, SEO specialists, designers, and account/client teams to confirm requirements, search intent, deadlines, and revision priorities; communicate feedback clearly and respectfully. • Support content production planning by helping maintain an editorial calendar, monitoring throughput, and aligning editing capacity with content and SEO roadmaps to meet agreed timelines and service‑level expectations. • Track and report quality and productivity signals (e.g., revision rate, error rate, turnaround time, recurring issues, and SEO/AEO‑related content defects) and recommend process or prompt improvements. • Mentor junior editors and writers by providing coaching, examples, and best practices for AI‑assisted drafting, SEO‑aware writing, and consistent editorial quality over time. • Ensure content follows legal, policy, and compliance requirements, including copyright rules, licensing/usage rights, and data privacy considerations when applicable. • Perform other content‑related tasks as assigned, including occasional first‑draft creation using AI tools under existing briefs.

- Basic understanding of on-page SEO editing principles (headings, internal linking, keyword balance, meta fields) while maintaining readability.
