Content Engineer – Founder Voice

• You build and operate the content engine around the voice of our leadership — on Instagram, in email marketing, on YouTube and LinkedIn. • You scale and multiply existing material. • You distill and surface the substance. • You find efficient ways to tap into the leadership/founder team. • You translate founder insights into platform-native formats. • You publish what works. • You publish regularly and in platform-native formats.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media production or founder ghostwriting.
  • Proven reach — either for your own profile or for someone else’s.
  • You have strong command of at least one of the platforms (Instagram, email marketing, YouTube or LinkedIn).
  • Native-level German, confident English.
  • AI is part of your workflow.
  • Residence in Germany (non-negotiable).
  • Bonus: experience with B2B consulting, IT services or technical products.
