Job Responsibility: - Provide L2 support in incident, request, change and problem management related to server and DB operations in Windows and Unix operating systems. - Provide L2 support covering 24/7 and participate in Major incidents. - Ensure SLA for incidents and service requests are met with high quality of work. - Ensure KPIs, such as breach case target, MTTR and escalation target is met. - Install and upgrade firmware for hardware and operating systems, apply patches and implement changes when required. - Diagnose and troubleshoot OS/hardware errors ensuring high availability of MFG systems. - Monitor server performance proactively and perform analysis of cases to prevent recurring issues. - Review and enhance server monitoring when required. - Develop processes and operation procedures related to server operations. - Create and manage reports, visualizations, and dashboards related to windows/unix operations. - Perform capacity planning and participate in Disaster Recovery drill. - Work with Subject Matter experts (Level 3) for improvement projects to ensure security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability of Micron's core computing resources. Requirement: - Bachelor's or Master's degree Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems or related fields. - Academic know-how or internship experiences in the infrastructure domain of IT (Microsoft Windows 2019, 2016 and RHEL operating systems, Microsoft SQL and Oracle) and virtualization technologies - Desire to learn hardware and virtualization technologies like Cisco UCS, HPE ProLiant, VMware, Nutanix, OpenShift and Citrix - Certifications from Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix and Cisco and familiarity with scripting languages will be an added advantage - Knowledge in programming and scripting languages such as Java, PowerShell and Python is preferred - Effective oral and written communication skills - Flexible to work on any shift. • Serve as the Workday functional lead for Reporting, People Analytics • Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to understand reporting needs • Build and maintain our suite of core recurring reports • Design and manage Workday dashboards and scorecards • Own our data transformation layer • Establish and maintain a data quality monitoring process • Manage a structured intake process for ad hoc reporting requests • Partner with the Integrations Architect at the design stage of every new integration • Manage bi-annual Workday releases • Develop and maintain documentation for all reports, dashboards, and data definitions

• Provide support, enhancement and implementation of the Backoffice modules of TOTVS RM, ensuring stability, performance and alignment with business needs; • Perform parameterizations, build visual formulas, metadata and artifacts within the RM environment, supporting continuous improvement of internal processes; • Support integrations between systems and automation of routines, contributing to operational efficiency for administrative and financial areas; • Collaborate with partner areas to identify and resolve issues, driving systemic improvements and stronger adherence to business rules; • Develop queries and analyses in SQL Server to support technical and operational demands in the RM environment; • Participate in technology evolution and digital transformation projects related to Backoffice processes; • Work proactively and analytically with the technical team and internal areas, focused on problem-solving and delivering solutions.

• Provides functional and technical support/expertise during development, implementation, testing of complex projects • Produces detailed functional requirements and/or user stories, including non-functional requirements • Develops user acceptance criteria, test plans and test cases. Responsible for conducting functional/user testing (User Acceptance Testing) and accountable for user sign off of changes • Monitors system implementation ensuring user satisfaction and be comfortable with being hands on in support of implemented solutions. – Operational readiness, Implementation/Warranty Support, Production support, Project analytics and reporting • Responsible for facilitating business requirements gathering and determining technical impacts • Reviews and clarifies user stories and user acceptance criteria with the stakeholders, and works with development lead/technical architect to layout technical design • Assumes the role of product owner as necessary • Develops system related documentation that includes flow charts, work flow tables, mapping documents, integration specifications and provides system training • Develops a strong understanding of the business unit's function and effectively communicates technical issues and solutions in non-technical terms to the business unit • Supports business architecture design (including Business Process), capability roadmap development and strategy development for the domain
