• Own the end-to-end architecture of the platforms that power how we go to market — Salesforce, Tray.io, Outreach, Slack, ZoomInfo, AWS Connect, and the integration fabric that connects them to Snowflake, our product stack, and our engineering systems. • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to translate ambiguous business problems into durable, metadata-driven systems that scale faster than headcount. • Architect the middleware fabric that connects Salesforce to Outreach, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, Customer.io, AWS Connect, NetSuite, and dozens of GTM tools. • Serve as the technical translator between Business Systems and Engineering. • Architect Slack as the operational surface for GTM — automated pulse reports, deal alerts, approval workflows, case routing notifications, and incident response. • Own the systems-side of Engine's AI initiatives — AgentForce design patterns, prompt and data grounding strategies, MCP server architecture, and the orchestration patterns that let agents act on Salesforce, Snowflake, and product data safely.

Role Description The Mayo Clinic BIM Coordinator supports the enterprise BIM process along with regional BIM efforts. The BIM Coordinator will: - Support the enterprise facilities BIM program by organizing Revit files. - Work with various teams in updating BIM facility packages. - Manage and facilitate the sharing of all BIM data authored in the database with all other data consumers. - Support regional design teams by administering the Autodesk Construction Cloud tool set and providing general BIM/Revit support. - Implement, manage, and support the development of Revit model and BIM enterprise best practices for AEC project deliverables as defined by the enterprise BIM standards. - Incorporate regional feedback into the Mayo Clinic enterprise BIM standards and best practices as needed. - Function as BIM project managers for enterprise and regional design & construction projects. - Act as a BIM mentor for the regional planning and design teams. - Be responsible for content creation and maintenance of Mayo Clinic’s enterprise Revit templates, Revit content management tool, seed files, regional templates, Autodesk Construction Cloud tools, and Revit database updates. - Communicate with clients internally and externally for problem solving and BIM support. - Monitor project delivery to ensure compliance with the agreed-upon strategy, enterprise standards, and processes. - Provide technical staff with assistance performing difficult or complicated tasks and support for training for departmental staff and end-users when needed. - Coordinate the application of BIM technologies at the enterprise and regional level by working with all building and infrastructure disciplines. - Create clash detection reports and lead clash detection meetings with design teams for internal projects as needed. - Function as the owner’s BIM representative for external projects that require managing BIM deliverables. - Coordinate with the Mayo Clinic Reality Capture team on all aspects of RECAP as related to BIM assets. - Assist, or fill in for, the BIM manager as needed. - Lead the project-based BIM strategy call and kick-off meetings for projects. - Ensure the BIM models adhere to all Mayo Clinic enterprise BIM standards. Role Description Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a System of Care Coordinator to join our team! The System of Care (SOC) Coordinator is responsible for providing overall coordination and oversight of developing and supporting a system of care for young people and families receiving child mental health and substance use services for assigned counties in the Trillium Catchment Area. This position ensures all program requirements are met and maintained. This position acts as the primary contact for other systems in the catchment area who work in partnership to support the identified population. In addition, this position will represent Trillium at public meetings related to any and all services and populations covered by Trillium; specifically, the Community Collaborative Meetings and Child MDT meetings. This position will assist with program development, consultation, resource management, coordination of other services, and agencies to best meet the needs of the persons served and also attend multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to assist the child and family care planning. On a typical day, you might: - Coordinate the System of Care for assigned counties, including ensuring the development of collaborative committees, policies, protocols, and procedures. - Serve as staff to the local community collaborative(s), recruit and maintain membership that includes family members, youth, child-serving agencies, and community partners. - Attend staff meetings of partner agencies to explain the changes and updates in the mental health system as well as promote best practices in behavioral health services. - Educate other employees and the community at large about services, changes, funding source requirements, eligibility, and service availability. - Identify technical assistance needs of the community collaborative(s), provider agencies, families, and Trillium staff and facilitate the necessary assistance. - Support and educate stakeholders on funding sources and state and federal guidelines. - Provide input into local system annual gap and needs analysis based on feedback from community collaborative. - Work with community stakeholders and personnel to determine treatment resources available for individuals and assist with connecting them through the LME and/or Community Care of NC (CCNC), Carolina Complete Health (CCH) or other treatment providers, clinical home, medical home, and other supports within the community system of care.
