Role Description - Build long-horizon admin tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance. - Create scenarios for executive support including calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and travel booking. - Develop expense and procurement tasks such as expense reports and purchase requests with rule-based limits. - Design office operations scenarios like service ticket routing and document filing against a taxonomy. - Work independently and asynchronously to maintain focus during challenging tasks. Qualifications - 3+ years as an EA, office manager, or senior admin supporting busy principals. - Expertise in principal-level calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems like Concur, Expensify, Ramp. - Familiarity with corporate travel platforms such as Navan and TravelPerk. - Proficient in async communication operations. - Comfortable with admin artifacts: itineraries, agendas, expense packages, service tickets. - Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
