Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Operations Administrator to support a range of operational, administrative, and project management tasks. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to growing teams. - Handle billing and invoicing processes - Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding (customers and employees) - Assist with customer project coordination and management - Handle vendor communications and coordination - Help maintain smooth day-to-day operational workflows Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in administrative and/or operations roles - Exposure to billing, invoicing, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Strong written communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Requirements - This is a remote role, but candidates must be available for an in-person interview in Toronto - Expected commitment is approximately one day per week

Organize ELT meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, notes, and action-item tracking • Monitor and follow up on action items and priorities established by executive leadership • Support communication and coordination across departments and project teams • Assist with executive presentations, reports, and internal communications as needed • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes
