Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative is required.
- C2 / Near-native English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory for seamless communication with US stakeholders.
- Previous experience working directly with US-based clients is essential.
- Additional experience in Medical, Legal, or Real Estate industries is highly valued.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in CRM/EHR systems or project management tools.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional work ethic, and a dedicated workspace.
- Immediate availability to work regular US office hours.
