Production Engineering Intern
Nomus
• Map, analyze and document internal processes using BPMN. • Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities for improvement in processes. • Propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency and standardization. • Support the management of continuous improvement projects. • Lead meetings with internal teams to gather and validate processes. • Create and monitor process and project performance indicators (KPIs). • Develop and update procedures, process flows and work instructions. • Support the deployment and adoption of process management tools. • Support organizational change initiatives and adaptation to new processes. • Deliver training on process mapping and standardization. • Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). • Collaborate with different departments to ensure execution of proposed improvements.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Production Engineering, from the 7th semester onward, with expected graduation at least 12 months away.
- Availability to work 30 hours per week remotely, with flexible hours.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Previous professional experience in a junior enterprise (empresa júnior).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about production engineering, business management and information technology.
- Motivation to transform management in small and medium-sized Brazilian industries.
- Proactive, eager to learn and committed.
- Minimum intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing.
