• Elicit business and technical requirements from the business stakeholders • Define a solution architecture guided by the architectural drivers such as business and functional requirements, constraints, quality attributes • Provide ballpark estimates based on the estimation methodologies • Reengineer, document, review and analyze solution architectures using trade-off analysis methodology and other qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis. • Support the Engagement team in pre-sales providing the technical expertise, architecture vision, and estimates • Drive the project bootstrap cooperating with the development team and passing the knowledge and architectural vision to them • Support long-term projects from the architectural perspective making and reviewing design decisions, documenting the architecture, communicating with the client’s technical peers, participating in creation of the PoC and prototypes and collaborating with the development teams • Choose among the technologies, reference architectures, and patterns and evaluate the candidate solutions based on the objective drivers, constraints, and criteria • Travel onsite to perform the client consulting services

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure environments primarily within AWS. • Implement and manage core AWS services, including networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Route53), Kubernetes (EKS), compute (EC2, Lambda), storage (S3, EBS), and databases (RDS). • Architect and operate containerized workloads using Amazon EKS, including cluster management, scaling, and security. • Champion and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning and management. • Develop, manage, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery, integrate security best practices directly into the platform and pipelines. • Act as a cloud subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to development teams to optimize their use of the platform.

• Acquire Saviynt product knowledge through training, applying methodology, and procedures relevant to the Partner-facing role. • Develop and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate enterprise solutions, ease-of configuration, simplicity of architecture and intelligence of workflows providing the opportunity for partner interaction and demonstrating excellent presentation skills. • Effectively communicate solution value to the business and technical audiences that is clear and satisfies prospective Partner/customer requirements and/or inquiries. • Develop technical solutions with Partners to accelerate sales of saviynt products and services. • Effectively communicate with business development and partner directors, working proactively and independently to prioritize and manage top regional opportunities. • Regularly provide solution feedback and competitive intel from the field to Saviynt product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams. • Ability to travel as and when required within your territory

• Become an expert on Loop’s platform, ecosystem, and integrations, including the carrier, 3PL, OMS, WMS, and tax/compliance partners most common in EMEA and APAC, staying up to date on the latest builds. • Provide technical support to our Sales, Post Sales, and Partner teams through Slack, in-person and virtual meetings, with availability that works across UK, European, and APAC time zones when needed. • Vet and close deals from a technical requirements perspective, collaborating with Sales, development partners, and agencies operating in EMEA and APAC markets. • Create customised product demos and proofs-of-concept, including front-end configurations and region-specific scenarios such as cross-border returns, multi-currency, VAT/IOSS handling, and localised carrier flows, and present these solutions to internal and external audiences. • Become an SME on our APIs, webhooks, integrations, and front-end customizations for both internal and external partners, including merchants running headless, composable, or non-Shopify-native architectures. • Partner closely with merchants and agencies to scope and recommend solutions, including customizations to the shopper-facing return experience and the back-end logistics flows that sit behind it (3PL handoffs, warehouse receiving, label generation, reverse logistics protocols). • Help enable our Sales teams on the technical aspects of Loop, ensuring they’re confident in articulating product capabilities to merchants in market. • See and improve the whole system: solve new problems, evaluate workarounds, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design, and explore creative ways to develop on the Loop platform.
