Job Requirements

  • What We Are Looking For
  • We are creating a Senior GTM Systems Architect role to design and build the technical foundation of Persado’s go-to-market system.
  • This is not a RevOps administration role.
  • This is not a tooling configuration role.
  • This is an architecture role focused on designing the data model, lifecycle logic, automation infrastructure, and signal intelligence that power acquisition, expansion, and revenue insight.
  • We are modernizing our GTM stack from a legacy enterprise architecture to a more agile, API-first ecosystem — including CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, sequencing, and revenue intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist).
  • You will report directly to the CRO and operate as the architectural owner of our GTM systems — designing the structure, logic, and integrations that underpin our revenue engine.
  • What You Will Work On
  • Architect and implement Persado’s GTM systems as a cohesive technical platform — not a collection of disconnected tools.
  • Design the canonical data architecture across CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, and analytics layers.
  • Lead CRM and marketing automation modernization, including data modeling, object structure, lifecycle redesign, and migration planning.
  • Build and own:
  • Canonical account, contact, buying group, and opportunity data models
  • Event-driven data flows across systems
  • Signal ingestion pipelines (intent, activity, competitive, technographic)
  • Trigger-based enrichment workflows (e.g., Clay or similar platforms)
  • Lifecycle orchestration across lead, account, opportunity, and expansion motions
  • Integrate and extend systems such as Salesforce, Attio, HubSpot, Clay, Gong, Mailcharts, BuiltWith, sequencing platforms, and internal data sources.
  • Write automation logic and scripts to:
  • Extract and normalize structured and semi-structured data
  • Deduplicate and enrich accounts and contacts at scale
  • Trigger GTM actions based on behavioral and intent signals
  • Design experimentation infrastructure to support:
  • ICP testing and segmentation frameworks
  • Messaging and channel experiments
  • Motion-based routing and scoring
  • Revenue attribution and cohort analysis
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems.
  • Own system reliability, data quality, observability, documentation, and long-term architectural evolution.
  • What You Bring
  • 8–12+ years of experience architecting GTM, revenue, or growth systems within high-growth SaaS or B2C technology companies.
  • Demonstrated ownership of at least one full CRM migration or end-to-end GTM stack redesign.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset — you design canonical data models and event-driven workflows, not just configure tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Attio, HubSpot), including object modeling and lifecycle architecture.
  • Experience designing enrichment and signal ingestion frameworks (e.g., Clay or similar platforms), including trigger logic, cost control safeguards, normalization, and deduplication.
  • Direct experience working with APIs (authentication, endpoints, payloads) and integrating structured and semi-structured data across multiple systems.
  • Proven ability to design lifecycle orchestration beyond simple MQL/SQL tracking — including account-based motions and expansion logic.
  • Experience reducing tool sprawl and consolidating fragmented systems into a coherent architecture.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation environments (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Comfort operating at executive level — able to explain architectural tradeoffs and vendor implications to CRO, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
  • High ownership mentality — able to make architectural decisions under ambiguity and take full responsibility for system outcomes.

  • Strong emphasis on career development and mobility, continuous feedback loops and performance management
