Breeze
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for diverse clients across the US • Develop and execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers • Tailor sales messaging and collateral to each prospect’s business model and challenges • Build compelling business cases to displace incumbents and prioritize switching to Breeze • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine GTM strategies and inform product direction
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B closing sales experience in Payments related technology sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
- Ability to develop compelling business cases, negotiate effectively, and close at the executive level
- Experience with enterprise or mid-market sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Partner with Account Executives to support new business, renewals, and expansion opportunities. • Prepare, manage, and deliver accurate quotes for hardware, software, subscriptions, and services. • Assist with opportunity management, deal tracking, and sales documentation in CRM systems. • Support deal registration, pricing approvals, and vendor programs as required. • Work with technology vendors (e.g., Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, etc.) to obtain pricing, availability, and product information • Identify suitable product alternatives for discontinued or constrained items • Track lead times, supply chain constraints, and communicate updates to sales teams and customers • Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone regarding quotes, renewals, licensing, and order status • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Close sales through face-to-face interaction with customers in assigned sales territories • Present sales proposals and inform customers of product benefits and features • Manage and negotiate with clients • Research sales competition and qualify prospects
• Own inbound leads end-to-end: first call, discovery, scoping, proposal, negotiation, close • Run discovery with founders and CTOs - get past what they asked for and understand what they're actually trying to build • Partner with our scoping and delivery team to translate buyer goals into proposals that are honest, profitable, and shippable • Quarterback the deal across our team - pulling in scoping, design, finance, and exec at the right moments without dropping balls • Handle the inevitable curveballs: late-stage objections, competitive poaching, scope creep, founder cold feet. Don't panic. Reset the conversation. • Keep CRM clean and pipeline reviews honest. If a deal is slipping, you say so before anyone asks. • Feed signal back to marketing and delivery: which ICPs convert, where we're losing, what objections keep coming up
