RTB House

• develop relationships and negotiate business terms with decision-makers of the largest e-commerce companies in the DACH region • up/cross sell campaigns and products to ensure the growth of the accounts • provide transparency over campaign performance for the client representatives to ensure premium customer service • create remarketing strategies for different verticals • develop professional technical knowledge related to the solutions offered by RTB House and overall developments in the digital marketing domain • work closely with technical and sales teams within the company to ensure the superior performance of the campaigns • travel regularly across the DACH region to meet clients face-to-face

Job Requirements

  • solid understanding of the online advertising industry, esp. performance marketing
  • experience with incrementality & H2H tests, multi touch attribution models and MMMs
  • 3+ years of experience managing online advertising campaigns and client relationships
  • self-motivated positive individual with an achiever attitude
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to absorb information quickly and deliver within tight timeframe
  • excellent communication and presentations skills
  • exceptional professionalism and business acumen
  • ability to keep an open communication, particularly when working remotely
  • proficiency in German and fluency in English (C1 or above)

Role Description As an Account & Driver Partnerships Specialist, you will own the operational health of a specific US market. You'll start by learning that market inside and out, its clients, its drivers, its trip patterns, and from there, you'll wear two hats every day. Both are essential to how Wingz works. - On the client side, act as the dedicated account manager for partnered NEMT brokers. - Handle daily B2B communication, trip coordination, escalation management, and performance reporting. - Build strong partnerships with each broker and earn their trust. - Ensure every assigned trip gets completed safely and on time. - On the driver side, own the full driver lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. - Walk new drivers through every requirement, procedure, and process. - Proactively reach out to inactive drivers and reactivate them. - Be the human point of contact that keeps drivers engaged, earning, and partnered with Wingz long-term. This is a foundational individual-contributor role, by design. You'll start at the rank-and-file level because the path forward at Wingz is clear: Specialist → Senior Specialist → Market Lead.
