Role Description As an Account & Driver Partnerships Specialist, you will own the operational health of a specific US market. You'll start by learning that market inside and out, its clients, its drivers, its trip patterns, and from there, you'll wear two hats every day. Both are essential to how Wingz works. - On the client side, act as the dedicated account manager for partnered NEMT brokers. - Handle daily B2B communication, trip coordination, escalation management, and performance reporting. - Build strong partnerships with each broker and earn their trust. - Ensure every assigned trip gets completed safely and on time. - On the driver side, own the full driver lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention. - Walk new drivers through every requirement, procedure, and process. - Proactively reach out to inactive drivers and reactivate them. - Be the human point of contact that keeps drivers engaged, earning, and partnered with Wingz long-term. This is a foundational individual-contributor role, by design. You'll start at the rank-and-file level because the path forward at Wingz is clear: Specialist → Senior Specialist → Market Lead. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in client relations, account management, partner success, or similar roles. - Experience working directly with US-based clients or a US-based company. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Tech-savvy with strong initiative to learn new platforms. - Proven remote work experience with minimal supervision. - Reliable computer, stable home internet, and a professional remote workspace. - Proactive, independent, and ownership-minded. - Curious, coachable, and dedicated to understanding processes. - Passionate about growth and leadership opportunities. Requirements - Available to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST). - Flexibility in shift schedules based on market and business needs. Benefits - Salary Range: Starts at $1,200 - $1,800/ Month. - Pay-out Frequency: Semi-Monthly. - 10 PTO after 120-day probationary period. - Performance Bonus: Starts at approximately USD 300–700 per month on average. - Equipment: Self-Provided.
Role Description Wingz is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our growing remote team and support our expanding operations in the US NEMT (Non-Emergency Medical Transportation) industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about driving business growth within an assigned market. - Manage and support day-to-day operations within your assigned market - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and driver partners - Assist in driver onboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements - Help drivers increase trip volume through strategic planning and support - Monitor market performance and contribute to achieving monthly revenue targets - Execute operational tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years experience in operations support and/or management - Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) - Strong client management experience, handling both customers and partners - Highly tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to execute tasks efficiently and follow through with minimal supervision - Goal-driven with a strong focus on achieving monthly revenue targets - Willing to work remotely on the US Eastern Time (ET) schedule Requirements - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and suggest improvements - Experience in logistics, transportation, or marketplace operations Benefits - 10 PTO after 120-day probationary period
