• Own Workday HCM end-to-end: business processes, domain security, integrations, reporting • Default to automation before traditional solutions • Drive implementation of new Workday capabilities • Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and IT • Support bi-annual compensation planning, Workday Absence, and Workday Benefits configuration
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration
- System-agnostic by nature
- Solid grasp of core HR processes
- Strong project management instincts
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong communicator
- Bonus: familiarity with Deel, Greenhouse, Workato, or Databricks
