• Responsible for the central steps of occupational reintegration management (BEM) • Ensure processes and documentation are complete and consistently maintained • Compile and analyze relevant HR metrics • Ensure the quality of personnel data and further develop reporting structures • Support market benchmarking and data analyses • Actively contribute to the development of HR policies and guidelines • Support testing and implementation of new HR software

Job Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in business administration or office/administration
  • Some professional experience in an assistant role, office management, HR, or a similar position
  • Structured task organization and ability to work independently
  • Strong affinity for digital tools (ideally Google Suite / Google Workspace)
  • Clear and empathetic communication in German and English
  • Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving, with absolute reliability
