Insurance Tracking Representative
HUB International
• Field inbound and outbound calls to customers and insurance agents while providing superior customer service across all escrow and non-escrow insurance products. • Key in and validate data received in order to update loan records. • Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System. • Train in additional supplemental processes based on business need. • Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule which outlines job responsibilities and daily production goals. • Actively participate in all training sessions, team meetings, department meetings, and one-on-one meetings. • Participate and/or collaborate in assignments and special projects. • Attend industry-related continuing education training and courses. • Other responsibilities as directed.
Job Requirements
- High attention to detail required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- 10-key typing: Minimum 35 WPM required.
- Reading comprehension: ability to understand and follow company manuals step-by-step.
- Working knowledge of Windows computer environment and Office software.
- Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to attend educational classes is desired.
- Skills testing may be required prior to an interview.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys helping patients understand their insurance coverage and treatment costs. - Insurance Verification & Pre-Authorization Handling - Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits, process pre-authorizations, and ensure accurate insurance documentation. - Patient Financial Inquiries - Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage, treatment estimates, and expected out-of-pocket costs for various treatment plans. - Billing Assistance & Administrative Support - Support billing-related processes, maintain organized records, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. - Additional Responsibilities - Perform front desk and receptionist support tasks when needed. - Manage inbound and outbound patient calls professionally. - Provide patient scheduling and appointment support. - Handle email and phone call management, including voicemail follow-ups. - Send out X-ray results and other patient communications. - Assist with scheduling backup and patient coordination. - Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-centered experience at all times.
