Hearing Screen Division Manager

Pediatrix

Role Description The Hearing Screen Division Manager is responsible for the overall business performance of the Hearing Screen Program within an assigned division. This role owns hospital contract execution, strategic growth, and regional leadership. Division Managers operate within clinical and financial guardrails established by the Clinical Director and AVP, translating enterprise strategy into divisional results. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital partners and negotiate contracts as needed. - Monitor contractual performance measures and submit termination letters. - Ensure growth of services across Division by working with Business Development and the Division President. - Review Subsidy reports to identify patterns or concerns. - Assist Subsidy with escalating invoice collection issues as needed and initiate demand letters as required. - Review and monitor adherence to approved staffing models. - Address escalated employee issues as appropriate, including counseling, documentation, re-training, and terminations. - Conduct monthly meetings with HS Managers. - Plan, schedule, and lead cross-company workgroups to resolve identified issues and discuss opportunities. - Provide program structure input and/or make recommendations for future program improvements. - Assist with policy and procedure review, initiate new workflow tools for the team, and create and present information as needed for internal and external partners. - Collaborate with People Operations Representative regarding upcoming legislative changes that may impact the HS program or team members in the Division. - Submit salary adjustment justifications, in partnership with People Operations. - Lead monthly meetings with Finance, Subsidy, Legal, People Operations, and Business Development. - Participate in Quarterly National Site Supervisor and biannual HS Town Hall meetings, and HS Leadership meetings. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or similar areas. - 5+ years’ experience in healthcare management.
