Tutor Operations Associate

Role Description The Tutor and Course Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the provision of professional tutoring services to MedView students and taking ownership of MedView courses to ensure successful delivery. Main Responsibilities - Quality Control - Monitor quality of tutoring sessions which could include, but is not limited to: - Reviewing student session ratings and checking recordings of sessions with lower ratings (e.g. >3*) - Reviewing session utilisation rates, identifying tutors with lower than average utilisation rates and spot checking their sessions - Spot checks of tutor sessions each week - Tutor Allocations - Monitor quality of tutoring sessions which could include, but is not limited to: - Ensuring tutors attend scheduled tutoring sessions and conduct sessions professionally - Ensuring that tutors provide suitable feedback for reporting purposes - Performing quality checks on performance and offboarding tutors that do not meet set expectations - Promptly responding to any issues regarding tutors (i.e. by students, parents, the MedView team, and/or tutors) - Urgently investigating any persistent issues or allegations of misconduct and communicating the findings and follow up action accordingly Qualifications - 1-2 years experience in customer service, project management or transferable role - Ability to build strong relationships with tutors and mentors through excellent communication, operational service, high cultural awareness and adaptability - High level of resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a range of internal and external stakeholders - Outstanding organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Collaborative, with an openness to give and receive feedback Benefits - Rapidly growing start up, with a flexible working environment where you will be empowered to structure how you work - Limitless development and exposure - our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year - $1000 individual training budget per year, we love to ‘Level Up’ (it’s one of our core values)! - Psychologist on staff - Insightful fireside chats and workshops to help support our high performing and ambitious team - Radical Candor is a feedback approach we live by - We’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe.
