Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience.
- Strong project management skills: Great at multitasking and ability to manage multiple creative campaigns from ideation to execution while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: experience collaborating across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and processes: Familiar with performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, platform best practices, coupled with the ability to integrate data-driven insights into decision-making.
- Agile project management: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines, while coordinating creative assets effectively across multiple channels, ensuring platform-specific requirements, brand consistency, and strong messaging.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven: Strong attention to detail to ensure creative assets are error-free and optimized for each platform, while maintaining high quality.
- Experienced in project management tools such as Airtable, that can aid in efficient task allocation, resource management, and timely delivery.
- Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma and other relevant tools is preferred.
- Digital advertising expertise is an advantage: In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with their targeting options, ad formats, and optimization strategies.
