Role Description The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing technology initiatives that support organizational goals and strengthen business systems. This role manages projects from concept through implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The IT Project Manager partners with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to coordinate resources, manage risks, and deliver effective technology solutions that drive efficiency, security, and scalability. - Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects on time and within budget. - Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and vendors. - Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics. - Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and risks. - Ensure alignment with IT infrastructure, security, and business priorities. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates. - Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project progress clearly. - Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies. - Support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices. - Promote continuous improvement and adoption of effective project management tools.
