Role Description The Roaming Testing Engineer II is responsible for coordinating and performing IREG testing activities to support the implementation and maintenance of international roaming agreements. This role ensures technical compliance with GSM standards, provides technical support to clients and internal teams, and manages tasks related to roaming partner setup, troubleshooting, and documentation. The engineer will play a key role in both hands-on testing and cross-functional coordination to deliver a seamless roaming experience for clients and customers. We’re seeking an individual who excels at technical problem-solving, is detail-oriented, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong troubleshooting abilities, project management skills, and has experience in the GSM roaming domain. You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality client support and project outcomes.
