Role Description Embross Airport Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work closely with software development, hardware engineering, and manufacturing teams on innovative product and project deliveries. You will lead multiple projects, providing technical solutions for high-profile clients in the travel industry. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully—on scope, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of project delivery, from initiation to completion, while ensuring quality standards and customer expectations are met. Key Responsibilities - Project Planning: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges. - Execution and Monitoring: - Lead project teams in executing project plans and tasks. - Track project progress against milestones and timelines. - Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices. - Stakeholder Communication: - Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team. - Communicate project status, issues, and solutions clearly and promptly. - Foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams. - Resource Management: - Allocate and manage project resources effectively. - Work with functional managers to ensure required resource availability. - Optimize resource usage and identify improvement opportunities. - Quality Assurance: - Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards. - Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement. - Budget Management: - Manage project budgets. - Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure budget compliance. - Change Management: - Proactively manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost. - Assess change impacts and implement mitigation strategies. - Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. - Prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders. - End-to-End Project Delivery: - Manage projects from start to finish: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within budget and timelines. - Coordinate teams, ensure stakeholder communication, and guarantee quality deliverables. - Manage resources, budgets, risks, and change requests. - Maintain documentation and produce regular reports. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business Administration, etc.). - Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the aviation industry with a delivery-focused role. - External client engagement: 5 years (preferred). - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), SDLC: 5 years (preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Knowledge of software and hardware development lifecycles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Jira. - Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems, databases, and Cloud environments. - Strong customer service orientation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities. - Ability to work with minimal supervision while actively collaborating with team members. - High level of flexibility and adaptability. - Ability to face challenges and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. - Experience with customer acceptance testing processes, tools, and techniques. Languages - Fluency in French and English is required. - Spanish is a plus (preferred).
